5 minutes rest and than:
Three rounds for time of:
- 10 Overhead Squats (with practice bar, no weights!)
- 10 HSPU*
- 20 air squats
- 20 HSPU
- 30 KB deadlifts (20/24)
- 30 HSPU
*Three HSPU scaled versions:
- With knees on top of the box
- With feet on top of the box
- Eccentric movement (kick-up in handstand and slowly go down until your head touches the floor)
