5 minutes rest and than:

Three rounds for time of:

  • 10 Overhead Squats (with practice bar, no weights!)
  • 10 HSPU*
  • 20 air squats
  • 20 HSPU
  • 30 KB deadlifts (20/24)
  • 30 HSPU

*Three HSPU scaled versions:

  1. With knees on top of the box
  2. With feet on top of the box
  3. Eccentric movement (kick-up in handstand and slowly go down until your head touches the floor)
