Focus: Gymnastics, Structural, + Assistance Work

A. Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) for times of:
8 Alternating Single-Arm KB Snatch + 2 Reverse Lunge w/KB Overhead
12 Toes to Bar
24 Double Unders
Run 400 Meters

B. Three sets of:
Single-Arm Kettlebell Row x 8 reps/side @ 2111
Rest 30 seconds
Single Leg Glute Bridge x 8 reps/side @3010
Rest 30 seconds
