Odd: Front Squat x [1.1] reps @30X1 [heavier than previous week] [10sec between reps]
Even: Pronated Strict Pull-ups x 4 reps (add weight if these are easy) substitute with ring rows where needed

B. EMOM6
Odd: KB Seesaw Press x10 reps
Even: Snatch Grip Deadlift x4 reps [heavier than previous week – should be near max].

C. EMOM8
Odd: 10 Burpees
Even: 15 KBS (24/16)
