Even: Pronated Strict Pull-ups x 4-5 reps (add weight if these are easy) substitute with ring rows where needed
B. EMOM8
Odd: Floor Seated Z Press x12 reps
Even: Snatch Grip Deadlift x 6 reps (focus on weight through heels & ‘long’ spine)
C. EMOM14
Odd: 12-14 Burpees
Even: 10 Wall Balls (9/6)”
