- 12 Toes to Bar
- 24 Double Unders
- Row 400 Meters
B. Three sets of:
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Row x 8 reps/side @ 2111
- Rest 30 seconds
- Single Leg Glute Bridge x 8 reps/side @3010
- Rest 30 seconds”
