A. Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) for times of:

  • 8 Alternating Single-Arm KB GTOH/Snatch + 2 Reverse Lunge w/KB Overhead
  • 12 Toes to Bar
  • 24 Double Unders
  • Row 400 Meters

B. Three sets of:

  • Single-Arm Kettlebell Row x 8 reps/side @ 2111
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Single Leg Glute Bridge x 8 reps/side @3010
  • Rest 30 seconds”
