Odd: Front Squat x 3-5 reps @30X1
Even: Pronated Strict Pull-ups x 5-6 reps (add weight if these are easy) substitute with ring rows where needed
B. EMOM6
Odd: Floor Seated Z Press x12 reps [use KB’s where possible]
Even: Snatch Grip Deadlift x 5 reps [heavier than previous week]
C. EMOM12
Odd: 10 Burpees
Even: 12 Wall Balls (9/6)
