A. Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) for times of:
- 8 Russian KBS [heavy as possible]
- 12 Burpees
- 24 Air Squats [fast]
- 48 SDHP @15/20 [touch-and-go from (mid) shin-to-chin]
Four sets of:
- Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 6 reps/side @ 2111
- Rest 30 seconds
- DB RFESS x 8 reps/side @3010
- Rest 30 seconds
