B. Every 90s for 6 sets:
2x Snatch Pulls
Not touch and go reps, build across sets and reset 1-2 sec between reps [all above 95% of snatch]

C. 5 sets @ 95%:
1 min Double Unders
Rest 1 min
1 min KBS (24/16)
Rest 1 min
1 min Burpees
Rest 2 min”
