- Tabata Push Press, 35/25kg
- Tabata Sit-Up
- Tabata Power Cleans, 35/25kg
- Tabata Push-Up
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
You start with 8 push press Tabata intervals then 8 Tabata sit ups, then 8 intervals of power cleans followed by 8 intervals of push-ups. No mixing the sets!
