For those training today:

Establish your 1-rep-max deadlift for today

Then, perform 5 rounds for time with a barbell loaded to 50 percent of your max deadlift:

  • 1 minute clean
  • 1 minute deadlift
  • 1 minute pushups

Do not rest between rounds. Post total reps completed for each exercise and weight used for the 1RM deadlift.
