Then, perform 5 rounds for time with a barbell loaded to 50 percent of your max deadlift:
- 1 minute clean
- 1 minute deadlift
- 1 minute pushups
Do not rest between rounds. Post total reps completed for each exercise and weight used for the 1RM deadlift.
