3 Rounds for time with a partner “Hero WOD Kevin”:

  • 80/60KG Deadlifts, 32 reps
  • 32 hanging hip touches, alternating arms (zie video)
    • Or you can do “monkey bars” work x 32 reps
  • 800-meter running carrying 9/6 Medball (both running at the same time)
