CrossFit Workout Of The Day Fitness

A. Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) for times of:

  • 8 Russian KBS [heavy as possible]
  • 12 Burpees
  • 24 Air Squats [fast]
  • 48 SDHP @15/20 [touch-and-go from (mid) shin-to-chin]

Four sets of:

  • Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 6 reps/side @ 2111
    • Rest 30 seconds
  • DB RFESS x 8 reps/side @3010
    • Rest 30 seconds
